Spa Maintenance Plan
(Drain & Clean Spa every 4 months)
Plan SMP $199.95 per visit including chemicals (does not include silver ionizer)
Spa maintenance program (services performed every 4 months) (Includes the following):
- Drain the spa
- Wipe down the spa shell
- Clean the filters with a degreasing agent
- Clean the cover with 303 Aerospace Protectant
- Replace the silver ionizer if present
- Refill spa and treat the water
Spa Maintenance One Time
(Drain & Clean Spa one time only)
Plan SMO $299.95 per visit including chemicals (does not include silver ionizer, calcium pillow or salt)
One time spa drain and clean (Includes the following):
- Drain the spa
- Wipe down the spa shell
- Clean the filters with a degreasing agent
- Clean the cover with 303 Aerospace Protectant
- Replace the silver ionizer
- Refill spa and treat the water
Spa Maintenance for Ace Salt Systems
Plan SMS: $239.99 per visit (service performed every 3 months).
Drain & Fresh Fill: 2 yearly visits include the following:
- Drain the spa every 6 months
- Wipe down the spa shell
- Clean the filters
- Refill spa and install the calcium pillow
- Add salt and adjust the chemistry
- Clean the salt cell in an acid solution
- We will return in 24 hours to remove the calcium pillow and adjust chemistry
Note: The homeowner is responsible for turning the calcium pillow over 12 hours after it is installed.
Cleaning & Maintenance: 2 yearly visits include the following:
- Clean the salt cell in an acid solution
- Test salt and chemistry levels and adjust as needed
- Scrub the water line
- Clean the filters
- Clean the spa cover with 303 Aerospace protectant
Note:
- 1st visit includes Drain & Fresh Fill
- 2nd visit includes Cleaning & Maintenance
- 3rd visit includes Drain & Fresh Fill
- 4th visit includes Cleaning & Maintenance
