Simple Luxuries Swimming Pools
The single most attractive feature most pool owners articulate is the time gained with their families and friends in their back yard. It is easy to look through this website and reach a certain level of apprehension that the swimming pools we have to offer are simply too expensive. Don't misunderstand there are some very expensive pools in our portfolio, but there are also some very reasonably priced pools as well.
It is no different than purchasing a new car and choosing leather interior, built in gps, dvd players, etc. You would most certainly pay a premium for that car over the standard with cloth seats and a manual transmission. A swimming pool is no different, there are standards, and there are premiums for all of the finishes, automation system, etc. You would be safe in assuming in this market a 16 x 32 pool with about 500-600 sqare feet of deck is going to start somewhere close to the mid forties. We cannot give you an exact amount as each yard, as well as the access to that yard, are different. Slope and access can account for a couple of thousand dollars of additional costs. From there it is a matter of how many of the premiums, if any, you want to add to the project. As a general rule the pool and deck are priced based on total sqare footage, so the shape of the pool does not generally effect the price of the pool.
