Severe grade changes and the need to accommodate lap swimming posed unique structural and aesthetic challenges for this Town and Country show piece. Rather than simply constructing retaining walls to create a flat site, tiered patios and a raised tile wall, allows this project to unite with the existing topography while adding architectural interest. A cascading fountain and spillover water feature, illuminated with fiber optic up lighting creates a striking focal point.
