An extreme grade change at the rear of the house demanded a perfectly executed design and structural considerations. Soil and Structural Engineers were consulted in order to responsibly insure this vanishing edge pool looks spectacular for years. Ocean Blue Pebble Sheen was selected for its reflective quality, and all steps and benches were treated to opal pendant accent tiles as an added touch. A lower sitting area with a masonry stone gas fire pit offers astonishing views of the vanishing edge water feature. Valders flagstone pool coping and veneer stone add texture while maintaining a crisp appearance.
